Accessible Sensory Trail

Fully Accessible Sensory Nature Trail

In partnership with Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District, Nature Matters Academy, and City of Albuquerque Open Space, the 2022 Trails + Grant was awarded (Economic Development Department of NM) to fund a fully accessible sensory nature trail at the City of Albuquerque's Biozone Environmental Educational Center.

Please listen to our engaging audio files that walk you through the trail and each sensory station!  Special Thank You to Nature Matters Academy and Dr. Jenny who created the GEM framework and recorded audio for these signs!

The signs also feature braille translations from New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
